Do your products have UPC barcodes?
Yes. Every SKU has a GS1-registered GTIN under our own company prefix, so the codes are legitimately ours rather than resold. Barcodes are applied at fulfillment, and we will confirm labeling with you before anything ships.

Really. Order four units or forty. We would rather you test the category honestly than commit to a case of something you are not sure about yet. There are no case packs to break and no tier pricing to negotiate.
We buy through UNFI or KeHE. Can we order through them?
Not yet, we are direct only. That works in your favor on margin, since there is no distributor markup sitting between us. Orders ship from our 3PL, usually within two to three business days.
What happens if it does not sell?
A twelve unit opening order puts well under two hundred dollars at risk, and the line sheet shows you the exact figure. We carry the 30 day customer guarantee ourselves, so your store never absorbs a return. If the category is not right for your clientele, you will know inside a season and you are not locked into anything.
Where are the products made?
Our manufacturing partner is in Jiangxi, China, and the formulas are developed to our dentist-founded specification. We are straightforward about this because buyers ask, and because you should never be surprised by an answer you could have had up front.
Can we get samples before we commit?
Yes, and we would prefer it. Tell us what your counter looks like and we will send the products that fit it, so you are evaluating something you have actually held.
